Trefur builds the observability platform for AI agents. Our job is to make sure engineering teams shipping agents to production can see exactly what their agents are doing — and fix what isn't working before customers notice.
Why we're building this.
We watched teams ship AI agents into production and lose the ability to debug them. Logs tell you nothing. Metrics tell you even less. The model returned something; the tool returned something else; the agent ended up somewhere strange — and everyone at the standup has a different theory.
The fix is not deeper LLM monitoring. The fix is observability that covers the agent loop — every decision, every tool call, every retry, every outcome — at the same fidelity engineers already have for their microservices fleet.
